All or part of the energy produced is fed into the electricity supply network. Two particular variations exist:
"Single injection": all the energy produced is fed into the network.
"Emergency injection", with a battery, provides an autonomous
energy supply if the public network fails
(power cut caused by weather or technical problems).
An electricity supply service is thus assured.
